Yoga has so many physical benefits, from increasing strength and mobility, to improving flexibility and injury rehabilitation.

Yoga also has a great impact on mental health. Showing in so many cases improved mood, increased energy, decreased levels of stress, and positive effects on sleep patterns. So we have also given the option of some yoga taster programs.

Nutrition is key in terms of your physical health. We have provided example meal plans below to give people some ideas of how they could set up their day, recipes and meal ideas, and calorie and macronutrient breakdowns of all listed.

Meditation is the last string we will be adding to the mental health bow. It has shown to have a huge positive influence on mental health.

From helping to manage stress to increasing patience, self awareness and creativity, guided meditation has a host of benefits in terms of mental wellbeing.
