“Xtreme Home Workout” is a 6 week program designed for intermediate trainers, consisting of 4 resistance training sessions per week which can be performed at home, requiring only dumbbells.

“Super 6” is a 6 week program designed for advanced trainers, consisting of 6 resistance training sessions per week.
Each day is broken down into a different muscle group, and alongside the nutrition protocol is programmed to increase overall strength!

Level: Intermediate/Advanced
“Ultimate Volume” is an 8 week program designed for intermediate/advanced trainers, consisting of 5 resistance training sessions per week.
Each day is broken down into 3 exercises, and consists of 100, 200 and 300 repetitions of those exercises and changes daily to provide a balanced program designed at targeting the full body.

“Jacked” is an 8 week program designed for advanced trainers, consisting of 6 resistance training sessions per week.
Each week is broken down into a push/pull/legs format, with the overall aim of the program to build a lean muscular physique!

Different from the other full body programs we have on the platform, Back Builder is a supplemental program, made up of x2 training days per week, for a 12 week period.
It focuses predominantly on the upper and lower back, with a secondary focus on the arms for those who would like to work on those areas in particular.

Different from the other full body programs we have on the platform, Buns of Steel is a supplemental program, made up of x3 training days per week, for a 12 week period.
It focuses solely on the legs, with the main area of focus being directed at the glutes for those who would like to work on that area in particular.

Have you always struggled to perform chin ups/pull ups? This 12 week program is designed to help you fulfil this goal!
It is a supplemental program, which provides users with a 3 day a week program breakdown designed specifically around strengthening the muscle groups needed to perform chin ups, and progressions and regressions through the exercises to help you move towards your goal!

“The Alpha Project” is a 12 week program designed for intermediate/advanced trainers, consisting of 5 resistance training sessions per week.
Each day is broken down into different muscle groups, and alongside the nutrition protocol is programmed to build muscle, increase strength and strip body fat, with the aim of a much leaner and more muscular physique!

“Get Strong” Program is a 12 week program designed for intermediate/advanced trainers, consisting of 4 resistance training sessions per week.
The primary aim is to build muscle mass, and ultimately as we work through the program make significant increases in strength!

“Evolution” is a 24 week progressive program designed for intermediate/advanced trainers, consisting of 5 resistance training sessions per week.
In a 12 week period, clients can get themselves into tremendous physical condition following the correct program. Your training level will determine how much muscle mass you will build in that time, but without question following a well structured program and nutritional protocol you will be able to strip body fat and increase strength.
“Evolution” takes this to the next level! For intermediate/advanced trainers, it takes a longer period of time than novice trainers to build muscle mass. So we have designed a 24 week program, with the aim of increasing size and strength using a progressive model that continues to evolve as you work through the program!
